摘要
西方人力资本思想最早可以上溯到古希腊时期,经过漫长的演变,直到二十世纪六十年代才最终形成人力资本理论。人力资本理论从一开始就表现为两种研究思路,即宏观研究思路和微观研究思路,八十年代中期以后又取得了新的发展。
Human being has been regarded by many economists as an important factor of production for a long time. But it never became a theory of economics until the 1960s.Since the emerging of Human Capital theory in the year of 1960,there has been two different methods existing in the research of this field-one is the macro-research method, another is the micro-research method. As time goes by, new development can be found in the theory of Human Capital.
