摘要
社会资本具有工具理性的特征和功能。由于各种原因,弱势群体的社会资本缺失主要表现在社会关系资本、社会认同资本、权威资本和组织资本等四个方面。改善弱势群体的社会资本,必须采取有效的对策。
Instrumental return is one of the characteristics and functions of social capital. A variety of factors bring about the deficit of social capital in vulnerable groups,which are manifested in four aspects:personal relationship,social identification,authority and organization. We need to put forward the corresponding tactics for enhancing social capital in vulnerable groups.
