摘要
提出一种新方法用来解决样杆的数字化 ,即采用全站仪对样杆进行测量 ,获取其三维空间数据 ,转换为数控加工信息 ;同时采用空间矢长等参数对三维数据进行校验 ,避免出现测量错误 ,可实现现场取样管人工样杆的数字化 ,方便数控弯管加工 ,使用效果良好。
This paper proposes a new idea of digitizing the artificial template. The 3 dimensional data of the sample artificial template are measured by means of the total stations, and are transferred directly into the processing information of CNC pipe bender, meanwhile the 3D data can be checked to avoid errors by parameters such as the space length. The method implements digitization of the artificial template for inserting pipe, making the numerical process easy. The application shows that the method is available.
