摘要
公立中小学教师的职务实行聘任制是大势所趋的,然而,如何在公立中小学教师聘任中保护教师合法权益,这需要对公立中小学教师的职务予以重新认识,确立法律救济渠道。
That the public middle and primary school teachers get their jobs by the engagement system is the general trend. How to protect the legal rights and interests of the teachers to get their jobs under the engagement system requires us to re- recognize the jobs of the teachers and to decide the way of the relief for the teachers.
