摘要
在实施人才强国战略中,高等教育责无旁贷地发挥着先导性,全局性的作用。实施人才强国的关键是提高高校教师的素质,本文从三个方面重点探讨了高校青年教师如何提高自身素质,在人才强国战略中发挥积极作用。
In the strong country strategy through talent education, higher education has the functions of guidance and overall situation influence. The key to carrying out the strategy is to raise the quality of the teachers in colleges and universities. This paper discusses how the young teachers raise their quality and play an active role in the strategy.
