摘要
目的 :分析老年人使用通气机发生腹胀的原因。方法 :回顾分析 31例机械通气的老年患者发生腹胀的临床资料。结果 :经针对发生腹胀的原因采取相应的护理对策 ,腹胀症状多消失。结论 :机械通气患者并发腹胀可影响通气疗效及预后 ,增加患者的痛苦 ,加强护理如经常变换体位、做好气囊管理、保持胃肠减压有效。
Objective : To analyze the reason of abdominal distention when old patients use ventilation . Methods : Retrospect and analyze the clinic data of abdominal distention of the old patients with mechanical ventilation. Results : Adapt relative nursing countermeasure according to the reason of mechanical ventilation patients, and the abdominal distention disappear . Conclusion : Being complicated by abdominal distention of mechanical ventilation patients can influence ventilation effect and curative effect ,increase patients' pain ,strengthening nursing ,for example , changing posture frequently ,managing air sal well effective decompression of gastricitestine , strict watching over the patient , can prevent effectively and relieve abdominal distention.
