摘要
采用端噁唑啉聚醚与烷氧焦磷酸酯型钛酸酯偶联剂复合处理 CaCO_3 表面,并考察了该种处理方法对 CaCO_3 表面成分及 PP/CaCO_3、HDPE/CaCO_3和 PVC/CaCO_3体系的性能影响.实验结果表明:该处理方法可在一般加工条件下实现对 CaCO_3颗粒表面的弹性层包覆。并较好地改善了这3种体系的冲击韧性.
The surface of CaCO_3 was compounding treated with oxazoline-terminated polyether and alkoxy-pyrophorie titanate coupling agent.The effects of this surface treatment method on the surface content of CaCO_3 and the properties of PP/CaCO_3,HDPE/CaCO_3 and PVC/CaCO_3 were studied,the results showed that this surface treatment method can form elastic coating on the surface Of CaCO_3 under the general processing conditions and significantly improve the impact toughness of those three kinds of materials.
