摘要
对滑石粉填充聚丙烯(PP)进行了研究。着重介绍了纯PP的机械性能、滑石粉的表面处理和改性剂的选择;研究了相容剂、抗氧剂用量及成型工艺条件对滑石粉填充PP性能的影响。用滑石粉填充PP制作的桑塔纳轿车空滤器经受了低温-40℃、24h和高温150℃、700h的老化试验,通过了12万km寒热区的跑车考核,实现了空滤器的国产化。
The high and low temperature resistant talcum powder filled polypropylene was researched. The mechanical properties, the surface treatment of talcum powder and the selection of modifiers were emphatically introduced. The effects of the contents of the compatibilizer and the antioxidant and the effects of injection molding conditions on the properties of talcum powder filled polypropylene were discussed. Santana air strainers produced by talcum powder filled PP had been stood up to 24h in the low temperature -40 ℃ and 700h aging test in the high temperature 150 ℃ and had passed 120 thousand kilometers racing test in cold and hot districts, which meant that we had the Chinese - built strainers.
