摘要
本文以江泽民总书记“以德治国”重要思想为指导 ,分析了“以德治校”的重要性、主要标志 ,论述了“以德治校”的设想 。
Following the guidance of Jiang Ze mins thought of 'administering the country by moral commitment', this paper analyses the significance of administering the universities by moral commitment and its main marks, then advances some suggestions on it, which is to provides a new access to the further improvement of administrative level in all the universities in China.
