摘要
应用高效波相色谱法测定杞菊地黄口服液中芍药甙的含量。样品用正丁醇提取，ＹＷＧＣ８柱，流动相为乙腈—水（１３：８７），峰面积定量。方法准确，重现性好，平均加样回收率为９９．０％，ＣＶ为１．０１％。以山茱萸为对照药材，能同时鉴别样品中的山茱萸。本法适用于该制剂的质量控制。
The content of Paeoniflorin in Qijudihuang Koufuye was determined by HPLC.The sample was extracted with butyl alcohol. The column packed with YWG C8 was used asanalytical column and 13% acetonitrile as mobile phase. Detector wavelength was set at 230nm.The Fructus Comi in sample can be identifred simultaneously using the same HPLG condition.
