脑钠素N端前体肽在急性脑血管病发病中的意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨脑钠素N端前体肽(Nt-proBNP1 76)在急性脑血管病 (ACVD)患者的水平及临床意义。方法:用放射免疫法测定 65例ACVD患者及 31名健康人员血Nt- proBNP1 76、心钠素 (ANP)、内皮素 (ET)水平。结果:ACVD患者血 3种神经肽水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0. 01)。脑出血组和对照组ANP、ET值与Nt proBNP1 76含量间无相关性(P>0. 05)。ACVD患者神经功能缺损程度越高,Nt proBNP1 76水平越高 (P<0. 05),二者呈正相关 (P< 0. 01 )。ANP和ET水平则不具有这种相关性 (P> 0. 05 )。结论:Nt proBNP1 76可能参与了ACVD的病理生理过程,并与病情程度呈正相关。 Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of change of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide 1-76 (Nt-proBNP1-76) in patients with acute cerebral vascular diseases (ACVD). Methods:Plasma Nt-proBNP1-76, atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), and endothelin (ET) levels in 65 patients with acute ACVD and 31 controls were determined by using radioimmunoassay. Results:Compared with the control group, the plasma levels of Nt-proBNP1-76, ANP,and ET increased significantly. The plasma Nt-proBNP1-76 concentrations had no correlations with that of ANP and ET in group of cerebral hemorrhage and control group. The levels of Nt-proBNP1-76 increased in patients with ACVD according to the grade of functional classification (P<0.05). There were significantly positive correlations between the levels of Nt-proBNP1-76 and the scores of functional classification (P<0.01)in ACVD groups, which were not observed between the level of ANP and that of ET(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nt-proBNP1-76 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ACVD.
