摘要
用对羟基苯甲酸和氯化苄为原料 ,以氯化三乙基苄基铵为相转移催化剂合成了对羟基苯甲酸苄酯。通过实验考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间及物料配比等因素对反应的影响。结果表明 ,最佳反应条件是 :反应温度 1 45℃ ,催化剂用量 7 5 4mmol,反应时间 2 5h ,氯化苄与对羟基苯甲酸的量的比为 2∶1。在此条件下 ,收率在 95 5 %以上。产品熔点为1 0 9~ 1 1 1℃ ,并通过元素分析、红外光谱分析、核磁氢谱对其进行了结构表征。
Benzyl p-hydroxybenzoate was prepared by phase transfer catalysis from p-hydroxybenzoic acid and benzyl chloride in the presence of TEBA.The influences of temperature,time,catalyst and the molar ratio of raw materials on the yield of the product were studied.The experimental result showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 140℃,the catalyst 7.54mmol,reaction time 2.5h,the molar ratio of benzyl chloride to p-hydroxybenzoic acid 2.0∶1.The yield of the product could be up to 95.5% under optimum conditions.Melting point of the product was 109~111℃.IR and 1HNMR characterized the structure of the product.
