摘要
研究了基于应用服务提供商(ASP)的动态联盟制造资源管理系统的基本框架;提出了基于应用服务提供商的动态联盟制造资源管理系统的体系结构,该系统体系结构包括基础数据层、系统层、系统管理层、制造资源管理应用服务层、Web门户层、用户层 6 个层次;并对基于应用服务提供商的动态联盟制造资源管理应用进行了业务建模。在调研的基础上,对系统主要工作业务流程框架进行了设计,提出了基于时间、质量、成本、服务、敏捷性、领先性、历史记录等指标的面向评价指标体系的资源建模方法。设计了基于应用服务提供商的动态联盟制造资源管理系统原型,并实现了该系统的部分应用。
This paper studied the basic framework of dynamic alliance manufacturing resource management system based on application service provider (ASP), presented the system structure constituted of basic data layer, system layer, ASP application management layer, manufacturing resource management application service layer, web portal layer and users layer, The operational model of manufacturing resource management application based on ASP was built. According to investigation results, the main model of workflow was established, and the modeling method oriented to system evaluation indexes which were based on time, quality, cost, service, agility, advance and history. Finally, this paper developed the prototype of manufacturing resource management system based on ASP, and realized some applications of it.
