摘要
在研究管环相贯数学模型的基础上,对管环相贯焊接坡口数控切割运动进行了研究。将切割运动分解为管的回转、割炬平移、割炬倾斜和割炬倾角旋转四轴运动,定义了建立数学模型所需参考平面,给出了数控切割时相贯线、局部两面角、割炬倾角和割炬倾角旋转角各参数的参量表达式。通过切割实例仿真,分析了切割运动与各参数的关系。
Based on the study of mathematical model of intersecting for pipe and annulus, NC cutting of welding groove for intersecting of pipe and annulus was studied. The NC cutting movement for welding groove was divided into four axis motions, i.e. pipe rotation, torch travel along pipe, torch bevel and torch bevel rotation, reference planes were also defined, the parameters for NC cutting such as intersecting curve, local dihedral, torch bevel angle and torch bevel rotation angle were expressed in parametrical equations. With the simulation of real cutting, the relation between cutting motion and each parameters was analyzed.
