摘要
通过对运动员头发中的Zn、Fe、Ca、Ni、Mn、Cu、Sr七种微量元素的测定、比较和分析,掌握优秀运动员头发中微量元素与一般运动员的差异以及微量元素与生理机能的关系,对运动营养、运动员选材和指导运动训练提供参考。
With detecting, comparing and analyzing the seven microelements of Zn、Fe、Ca、Ni、Mn、Cu、Sr in hairs of the athletes, we understand the differences of the microelements in hairs between senior and common athletes, and relations between the trace elements and the physical capability so as to provide the reference of athletic nutrition, selecting athletes and sport training.
