摘要
用HACH公司的化学需氧量消解反应器和比色计消解和测定水中总磷,结果表明:样品重复性试验数据变异系数是1.4％-2.7％,加标回收率为97.0％-102.5％,标准物质分析结果在规定允许范围之内,检出限为0.017mg／L。该方法操作简便,试剂用量少,具有实用性。
The phosphor in water was eliminated with chemical oxygen demand elimination reactor produced in HACH Company , and the total phosphor content was measured with chromometer. Result showed that coefficient of variation of repetitive experimentation data of sample was 1.4% - 2.7% , labeling rate of recovery was between 97. 0% - 102. 5% , result of standard substance analysis result was within the allowing region of provisions , and the detection limit was 0. 017mg/L. The method also has advantages of easy operation , little dosage of reagent , high practicability , and so on.
