摘要
由于扫描隧道显微镜(STM)具有原子级分辨率,因而是迄今为止观察微米和更小尺度上表面三维形貌极其有效的工具。利用 STM 可以直接观察纳米碳酸钙的表面形貌、粒径大小、晶形、分散性以及纳米碳酸钙的隧道谱。分析了纳米碳酸钙的量子效应和宏观量子隧道效应。
At present,STM is a kind of fairly effective equipment to examine matter's three-dimensional to- pography in micron and less scale,due to it atom level resolution.We can directly observe the surface topography of nano-CaCO_3,particles'size and crystal structure,dispersive including the nano-CaCO_3's tunnel spectrum,by which it is convenient for us to study the nano-CaCO_3's quantum effects and macroscopic quantum tunnel effects.
