摘要 以氯化十六铵为催化剂 ,采用相转移催化法合成了羟丙基瓜尔胶 ,研究了碱化、相转移催化剂、醚化剂、pH值、反应温度、反应时间及搅拌速度的作用 ,得出最佳合成反应条件为 :瓜尔胶 3 g、环氧丙烷 1~ 2g、氯化十六铵0 4~0 5g、pH值 1 0~ 1 0 5、反应温度 4 5~ 5 0℃、反应时间 3~ 4h。性能测定结果表明 ,所制备的羟丙基瓜尔胶黏度高 ,溶解速度、水不溶物含量。 In this paper, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was first used as the phase transfer catalyst, and the synthesis technology of hydroxypropyl guar was investigated. Factors affecting the reaction, such as the dosages of alkali, phase transfer catalyst and etherifying agent, pH, reaction temperature, reaction time and mixing speed were considered, and the optimum reaction conditions were proposed: guar 3?g, propylene oxide 1~ 2?g, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride 0 4~0 5?g, pH?10~10 5, reaction temperature 45~50?℃, and reaction time 3~4?h.The results show that the performance of the hydroxypropyl guar such as viscosity, dissolution rate, water insoluble content, colloid transmission and stability are better than that of the guar flour.
