摘要
变性高效液相色谱是近年来发展起来的一种检测基因突变及多态性的新方法。相比其它检测技术 ,它具有易普及、经济、快速等特点。本文对该项技术在国内外近几年的研究进展进行了评述。
Denaturing high performance liquid chromatography (DHPLC) has been successfully used for the genetic mutation/polymorphisms analysis. Compared with conventional slab gel electrophoresis, this technique is sensitive, effective and economical. The fundamental aspects and the development of the applications of this technique in recent years are reviewed.
