摘要
由于买方市场日趋成熟,市场竞争日益加剧,企业经营已经不再仅仅满足于短期利润,而是考虑立足于可持续的竞争优势。文章分析了"企业经营"和"企业道德"之间的关系,论述了竞争和正直之间的相容性以及企业道德水平的高低对企业可持续竞争优势规模的影响,总结出企业道德水平是约束企业经营高度的战略"制高点",而提升企业道德水平,使道德"均衡倾向"合理转化,充分发挥"道德优势"的牵引作用,是获得企业可持续竞争优势的必然选择。
With the ripening of buying markets and the fierce market competition, company's operation should convert from satisfying short-term profit to being based on sustainable and competitive priority.The aim of this paper firstly analyzes the relations between company's operation and company's ethics, secondly argues the compatibility between competition and integrity, and also the influences on company's sustainable and competitive priority of the level of ethics.Finally it derives the level of company's ethics is the crucial point for the strategic constraints of company's operation. For company sustainable and competitive advantage,it is necessary to upgrade the level of company's ethics, to rationalize its equilibrium tendency internal and external and to give full leading play to ethics priority as well.
