摘要
对纳米TiO2颗粒进行表面处理是氧化钛工业中的关键步骤,目前主要采用的是在其表面包覆一层无机氧化物,以提高纳米TiO2的分散性、遮盖TiO2表面的光化学活性点等。本文阐述了纳米TiO2表面包覆氧化硅和氧化铝的工艺条件和热力学基础,并以硅为例着重讨论了包覆的动力学基础。
Surface treatment of nanometer TiO2 is a key step in commercial production of titania, and coating a film of inorganic oxide on its surface to improve the dispersion of nanometer TiO2 and envelop active points of photocatalytic is adopted frequently. The process conditions and thermodynamic foundation of SiO2-coated TiO2 and Al2O3-coated TiO2 were discussed, and dynamic foundation of SiO2-coated TiO2 was discussed emphatically.
