摘要
新疆紫草根径显微、超微结构观察发现,萘醌类色素主要出现在木栓化细胞的胞质中,呈油滴状,无膜包被,与其合成有关的酶可能分布在其附近的质膜或内质网膜上,这种膜为色素合成提供了场所,细胞的木栓化能促进萘醌类色素的合成.
The observation of root in the Arnebia euchroma with microstructure and submicrosturcture, we found that the naphthoquinone pigment occurrd mainly in the cytoplasm of phellem cells, had a shape of oil globule, and had not ben bundled by membrane. An enzyme relating to spothesls of pigment distributed probably in tht plasma membrane or endoplasmlc retlculum membrane surroundd It. This membrane provldes a place for synthesis of the pigment. Phellem of cells could promote the formation of the naphthoquinone pigment.
