摘要
用Al2O3 改善液晶的阻抗,使其符合LCD的要求。探讨了Al2O3 用量、搅拌时间、反应温度等因素对结果的影响。初步分析了Al2O3 的作用机理。
In this paper, Al 2O 3 was used to improve impedance of liquid crystal to meet the requirements of LCD. The factors inflaencing the product yield were investigated such as the ratio of Al 2O 3 to liquid crystal, the stirring time of reactants, reaction temperature and so on. At the same time, the mechanism of improving the impedance of liquid crystal by Al 2O 3 was also analyzed.
