论述了人力资源管理是图书馆管理的关键,而激励是人力资源管理的核心。只有掌握激励理论,建立并运用好激励机制,才能激发个体的潜能和创造性,从而更好地实现图书馆的工作目标。
This paper discusses on that the human resource management is the key of library's management, and the excitation is the core of the human resource management. Only mastering the excitation theory and establishing and making good use of the excitation mechanism can arouse the individual proficiency and creativity, realizing better the working target of the library.
