摘要
知识管理态势下,图书情报专业人员的职业定位可以是知识挖掘者、知识组织者、知识导航者和知识经纪商.同时,新形势要求图书情报专业人员的知识结构中包括技术知识、管理知识、文献信息知识和研究方法知识.因此,基于知识管理的图书情报学教育课程设置可以模块化,即将课程分成必修的核心课程模块与选修课程模块,以培养复合型人才.
In the past years, education in library and information science(LIS) focused on cultivating professionals for exploiting, utilizing, managing literary information resources and providing correlative services. Under the knowledge management environment, the educational orientation of LIS professionals has changed. LIS professionals could act as knowledge miners, knowledge organizers, knowledge navigators, and knowledge brokers. The new situation requires LIS professionals to possess knowledge on technology, management, literary information, and researching methods. On the basis of knowledge management, the paper conceives the curricula setting in library and information science, i. e. to unite compulsory-core-course module with elective modules so as to cultivate compound professionals.
