摘要
本文首次建立了 PSM(Pulse Skipping Modulation)调制模式下开关变换器的状态空平均模型。基于此模型,计算并分析了 PSM 开关变换器在电流连续(CCM)和电流断续(DCM两种工作模式下的频率特性、响应速度,输出电压纹波及效率等特性。与 PWM 调制模式相比较PSM 调制模式响应速度更快,效率特别是低负载下更高,该模式下的边频效应有利于 EMI 峰值抑制,因此 PSM 是一种良好的调制模式,特别适用于高频、轻载系统。
This paper first establishes the state space average mode of PSM switching converter. Based on this mode, the frequency characteristic, response speed, ripple of output voltage and the efficiency of the converter are analyzed. Compared with PWM, PSM converter has faster response speed and higher efficiency. And its side frequency spectrum is beneficial to compress EMI peak value. It is shown that PSM is a good modulation mode for switching converter, especially in high frequency and low load systems.
