摘要
目的:建立用荷移分光光度法测定阿奇霉素含量的方法。方法:利用阿奇霉素与2,4-二硝基酚在乙醇中发生荷移反应生成1:2型络合物,在364 nm波长处测定阿奇霉素的吸收度。结果:药物浓度在5—30μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为A=34.6C-1.76×10^(-2),相关系数0.9995,平均回收率99.3%,RSD<0.39%。结论:方法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为阿奇霉素制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a spectrophotometric method for the determination of azithromycin, based on charge-transfer reaction. Method: Azithromycin reacted with 2,4-dinitrophenol to form a charge-transfer complex in alcohol and can be quantitatively determined by spectrophotometric method at 364 nm. Results; The linear equation is A=34.6C-1.76×10^(-2), relation coefficient is 0. 999 5 in the range of 5-30 μg·mL^(-1). The average recovery was 99. 3%,RSD was less than 0.39%. Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,can be used to the determination of azithromycin tablets.
