摘要
采用文献法、比较分析法,从体育保健课学生组成、心理状态与疏导、教育对策、课的基本特点、主要教学内容、教学、管理要求措施、考核与成绩评定的科学化及标准化改革实践、教学与康复效果等方面,对大学体育保健课教学15年来实施的大胆改革实践与探索进行分析、总结、研究后认为:体育保健课,应采用100分制计入成绩,同时套入"优秀、良好、中等、及格、不及格"五级评分。
By using the methods of documentary,experience summarizing as well as statistics and analysis,the author researches and analyzes the 15-year-long teaching reform of university physical education health protection classes from aspects such as student composing,psychology and guidance,educative strategy,characteristics of the class,the contain,teaching and managing demands,the standardizing of evaluation system and the effect of teaching and learning as well as recovery.The author believes that P.E.health protection classes should use the 100-mark system and the A,B,C,D,F'system to evaluate the students.
