摘要
腐败作为一种历史现象。现阶段,由于体制不完善、对外开放和监督机关不能充分发挥作用,造成了腐败。其主要表现为权力腐败、行业腐败和社会生活腐败。需要完善体制、加强监督、健全法制、加强干部的教育,才能防治腐败。
Corruption is a historical phenmenon.At prexent,corruption runs rampant due to imperfect system and insufficient supervision of establishments.Main forms of corruption are corruption in power,corrupion in industry and corruption in social life.Corruption can be prevented by completing the system,strengthening supervisin,perfecting the law and fortifying the education of cadres.
