摘要
详细介绍了罩式炉的结构、功能及工艺,通过对实际运行时炉温的检测及产品质量的分析比较,指出使用罩式炉可大大提高针布齿条球化钢丝质量,彻底消除了井式炉球化组织不均匀、硬度极差大、脱碳现象严重、表面色泽差等缺陷,该炉也可用于针布齿条坯条的再结晶退火。
Detail introduction is done to the mantel furnace as to the structure,function and the process.Through montoring the tempreture of the furnace in service and the comparison of the production quality,conclusion is made that the mantel furnace is able to improve the wire quality of MCC after balling process markedly,consequently and completely remove the defect of the well furnace as to the uneveness of the inner structure,sharp difference of the hardness,heavy decarbonation and poor surface shade.The mantel furnace can also be used in the process of re-crystallization annealing of wire blank of clothing.
