中空托牙不同关系排牙的咀嚼效率比较

摘要 目的 探讨中空式托牙后牙按正常及反排牙的咀嚼效能差异。方法 选择 21 例单侧上颌骨切除术后患者,其中空托牙修复体后牙分别按正常及反排列制作两副;应用吸光度法测定咀嚼效率的方法,分别测定患者配戴两种托牙的咀嚼效率。结果 后牙按反排列者咀嚼效率高于后牙按正常排列者(t=2.605,P<0.05)。结论 中空式托牙后牙可以排成反 ,以缩短力臂,减小杠杆作用,并且咀嚼效率较好。 Objectice To explore the masticatory efficiency of the hollow obturators with normal over bite and cross bite of posterior teeth.Methods Twenty-noe patients with unilateral maxillectomy defects for malignant tumors were included in this study. All received a pair of hollow obturaror prostheses with normal over bite and cross bite of posterior teeth. Masticatory efficiency of the patients who wear the two kinds of hollow obturators was evaluated respectively with optical method.Results The hollow obturators with cross bite of posterior teeth presented statistically significantly better masticatory efficiency than which with normal over bite (t=2.605,P<0.05).Conclusion The posterior teeth of hollow obturators could be arranged in cross bite, and thus can not only shorten the arm of force and diminish the leverage effects, but also get a better masticatory efficiency.
