盐胁迫下芨芨草种子萌发中有机物及酶活性的变化 被引量:11

摘要 对盐胁迫下芨芨草种子萌发过程中淀粉酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性、可溶性糖含量的变化进行了研究。结果表明,盐胁迫下种子萌发过程中淀粉酶活性、可溶性糖含量与对照相比均下降,与盐胁迫浓度呈负相关性,而盐胁迫下超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性与对照相比均有上升,并且呈现双峰曲线的变化规律。 Changes of diastase activity,SOD activity,POD activity,soluble carbo- hydrate content of germinating A.splenden(frin.) Nevski seeds under salt stress were studied. The results are as follows: Diastase activity, soluble carbohydrate content had a positive correlation with germinating process in salt free condition, but decreased compared with the control under salt stress and had a negative correlation with salt concentration. The results indicates that SOD activity, POD activity increased compared with the control under salt stress and had a curve rule of two high mounts.
