摘要
目的 探讨制备金黄地鼠肠粘连动物模型的方法。方法 采用甲醛腹腔注射法及盐酸腹腔注射法制备金黄地鼠肠粘连模型 ,并与Galili法进行统计学比较 (χ2 检验 )。结果 老鼠在腹腔注射 1%甲醛与 0 .5 %盐酸后均 10 0 %发生了肠粘连 ,腹腔注射 0 .5 %甲醛的老鼠肠粘连的发生率为 87.5 % ,且 0 .5 %盐酸、1%甲醛、0 .5 %甲醛腹腔注射法与Galili法相比差异无显著性 (χ2 =0 .2 5 ,7.5 6 ,1.2 0 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 1%甲醛、0 .5 %盐酸腹腔注射法在金黄地鼠肠粘连模型的建立中均是经济、简便易行的方法。
Objective To investigate the methods of Syrain Hamster intestinal adhesions model with methanal and hydrochloric acid abdominal cavity injection.Methods Syrain Hamster intestinal adhesions model was established with methanal and hydrochloric acid abdominal cavity injection.The statistical comparison was used chi-square test between the methanal or hydrochloric acid abdominal cavity injection method and Galili's method.Results The Syrain Hamster intestinal adhesions were 100% in 1% methanal and 0.5% hydrochloric acid abdominal cavity injection respectively.And the intestinal adhesions in 0.5% methanal abdominal cavity injection were 87.5%.Statistically there was no significant difference shown by chi-square test between the 0.5% hydrochloric acid or 1% methanal or 0.5% methanal abdominal cavity injection method and Galili's method (χ2=0.25,7.56,1.20,P>0.05).Conclusion Either 1% methanal or 0.5% hydrochloric acid abdominal cavity injection method was very simple and easy and economy in establishment of Syrain Hamster intestinal adhesions model.
