摘要
在分析数字化时代医学信息检索课教师素质内涵的基础上,着重探讨了医学信息检索课教师的职业素养和能力结构。
Based on an analysis of the quality connotations of teachers of faculty of medical information retrieval in the digitized times, their occupational literacy and capability are mainly discussed. The two methods for improving the teachers' quality are put forward.
