摘要
目的了解银杏叶提取物对肾急性缺血再灌注损伤家兔氧化和抗氧化能力的影响。方法将家兔随机分为4组 ,1组为假手术组、2组为缺血再灌注模型组、3组4组为银杏叶提取物治疗组 ,分别检测各组家兔血清和肾组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (saper -oxidedismutase ,SOD)活性 ,丙二醛 (malondialdihyde ,MDA)含量。结果两治疗组家兔较模型组再灌注1h、2h血清MDA含量下降 ,SOD活性升高。结论银杏叶提取物能明显提高缺血再灌注损伤家兔的抗氧化能力。
Objective To explore the effects of extract of ginkgo biloba on anti-oxidation in rabbits with renal ischemic reperfusion injury.Methods Healthy rabbits were divided into4groups ranˉdomly.GroupⅠserved as control group(false operation),groupⅡwas the model group of renal isˉcxhemic reperfusion injury groupⅢandⅣserved as the experimental groups.The amounts of SOD,MDA in the serum samples were determined respectively.Results The results showed that the amounts of MDA in the rabbits of groupⅢandⅣdecreased after reperfusion for1hour and2hours,but the amounts of SOD increased.Conclusion The results indicate that the extracts of Ginkgo Biloba can improve anti-oxidation in the rabbits with renal ischemic reperfusion injury significantly.
