摘要
国有企业是国民经济的重要支柱,国有资产是国民经济发展的重要物质基础,国有资产的保值增值是完善和巩固社会主义市场经济的重要保障。随着中国改革开放和市场经济建设的深入发展,企业国有资产呈现快速递增的态势,对国民经济的稳步增长发挥了十分重要的作用。但是,在大量国有资产在保值增值的同时,我们也应清醒地看到,还有大量的国有资产在流失,而且,流失的问题也绝不容忽视,有的流失数额之大,令人触目惊心。
State -owned business enterprise is the important pillar of the national economy. State -owned property is the important material base of the national economic development. The constant capital value and appreciated value of the state -owned property is the important guarantee for improving, perfecting and consolidating socialist market economy. With the deep development of our national reform and openness and the nations market economic development,the state -owned property of business enterprise presents quickly increased situation. It performs an important function to the national economy's steady growth. But, at the same time, we also should realize that a large quantity of state - owned property is running off. The problem of running off is in no case allowed to be neglected. And some of the amount is very large, shocking by the sight.
