摘要
诚信管理是基于契约理论中各利益相关方共赢的目标,从企业自身信用的角度,为避免企业的失信、违信造成的企业信誉的损失而进行的管理。面对中国现行企业的种种失信行为,加强中国企业的诚信管理具有其必要性。
The credit management bases on the contractual theory. From the aspect of the enterprise itself, it is necessary to avoid losing proceeding of losing or broking their promise. Facing the lost of the credit, it is necessary to enforce the Credit Management. This article, from the practical aspect, summarizes that we need the organizations built on trust as a basis and gives the construction steps. It also takes the perspicuity of the property right, the definiteness of the information, the new supply - chain management and the customer relationship management as the main management aspects in order to make it more practical.
