春小麦抗条锈病新品系的生物学特性及其生理生化研究 被引量:3

摘要 本研究将高梁总DNA通过花粉管通道导入小麦感病品种甘麦8号,D2代出现了2株对条锈病免疫的变异株;D5代有9个株系抗条锈性已经稳定,用混合菌和分生理小种鉴定,对条中29、30、洛13 、水14、水14中梁17—s、HY3、条中31号表现免疫,通过侵染型基因测定,表明所获得的新品系89144组织中SOD活性升高,在原受体甘麦8号接种条锈菌后SA含量也有升高,但并不伴随有CAT活性下降和SOD活性升高以及H2O2含量的升高,推测SA为CAT过氧化活性提供一个电子的过程中SA的量必须达到一定的阈值,并且与CAT的时序调节相配合,据SA结合态和游离态含量的变化动态,推测SA信号传导途径的上游应该还有一些机制在起作用,同时抗条锈新品系89144具有SA信号传导途径。 Exogenous DNA of Sorghum were introduced into rustsensitive wheat breed Ganmai 8 with the technique of pollen tube passage way 2 rustresistant variant plants appeared in the first generation (D_2),9 lines of which had been stable in the resistance in D_5 progeny, The resistance of the variant plants to yellow rust(puccinia sytriiformis) were identified dy inoculating mixed races with different vriulence at adult stage and physiological races of yellow rust at seedling stage, the result been indicated that the variant plants had the character of immune to stripe rust Tiaozhong 29, Tiaozhong 30, Luo13II,Shui14zhongliang 17s,HY3,Tiaozhong 31.Analysis of infection type date indicated that in 89144,the increase in SA content was accompanied with the decrease in CAT activity and increase in H_2O_2 content and SOD activity. While in Ganmai 8, the increase in SA content was not accompanied with the above changes observed in 89144.It was deduced that only when the content SA reached a certain level, could it give to CAT and coordinate with there gulation of CAT.A ccording to the dynamic changes of the content of free and combine SA, it was concluded that other regulat ion mechanisms might be existed in the upsteam of the signaling transduction pathway and SA signaling transduction pathway might be employed in 89144.
