摘要
目的:探讨猪蹄甲在消痈作用上对穿山甲的可替代性。方法:84只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、假 手术对照组、模型对照组、穿山甲组和高、中、低剂量猪蹄甲组。建立大鼠阑尾脓肿模型,通过检测超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及观察白细胞的吞噬功能,比较猪蹄甲和穿山甲消痈作用的异同。结果:猪蹄甲、 穿山甲均有消痈作用,猪蹄甲高剂量组和穿山甲组作用最强,2者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各用药组均 能提高模型大鼠的白细胞吞噬能力和SOD活性,降低MDA含量(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:猪蹄甲和穿山甲消痈 作用机制与增强白细胞吞噬功能,提高血清SOD活性、消除自由基、降低MDA含量有关。在消痈作用方面猪蹄甲 对穿山甲似有可替代性。
Aim: To explore the eliminating carbuncle effect of the sus scrofa domestic brisson and the manis pentadactyla linnaeus by pharmacological study.Methods: A total of 84 Wistar rats were randomly allocated into normal control groups,operation control group,model control group,manis pentadactyla linnaeus group,and high-,mid-,low-dose sus scrofa domestic brisson groups.In the model rat appendicitis abscess, the eliminating carbuncle effect of the sus scrofa domestic brisson and the manis pentadactyla linnaeus was compared by determining the activity of SOD, the level of MDA and the phagocytosis of leukocytes.Results: The sus scrofa domestic brisson group with different doses all had the eliminating carbuncle effect. The sus scrofa domestic brisson high-dose group and the manis pentadactyla linnaeus group had the strongest effects,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). All the sus scrofa domestic brission groups and the manis pentadactyla linnaeus group could increase the phagocytosis of leukocytes and SOD activity,and decrease the content of MDA(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion: The sus scrofa domestic brisson could substitute the manis pentadactyla linnaeus concerning the effect of eliminating carbuncle.
