摘要
在云南省提出人才发展战略的今天,高校必须理论联系实际,建立物质激励与精神激励相结合的教师激励机制,"优才优用、优劳优酬",使优秀人才充分发挥才干,加快学校的改革、建设和发展。
In accordance with the talents development strategy put forward by Yunnan Government, the tertiary institutions have to combine theory with practice and set up teachers' incentive mechanism, including the material encouragement and spiritual encouragement. 'Good pay for excellent talents' helps to give full play to talents' ability so as to accelerate the reform, construction and development of tertiary institutions.
