摘要
对超临界区域内水和蒸汽的性质进行精确计算,对于超临界和超超临界锅炉的安全运行具有重要的意义.传统的水和蒸汽性质计算公式IFC-67 具有计算速度慢、精度低等缺点.以水和蒸汽性质国际协会公布的热力学性质新工业标准IAPWS-IF97 为基础,利用面向对象编程技术对超临界区域的热力学性质参数以及迁移性质等参数进行了计算.发现在温度和压力很高的超临界区域,水和蒸汽的参数会发生显著的变化,通过物性参数的精确预测可以有效地对锅炉进行优化设计,预防和避免事故发生.
The exact calculation of the properties of the water and steam in supercritical zone is of importance to the safe running of supercritical and ultra-supercritical pressure boilers. Because the formulas for computing the physical parameters of water and steam in the standard of IFC-67 has the shortcomings of low computing speed and accuracy, IAPWS formulates the new standard of IAPWS-IF97. Based on the formulas for computing the physical parameters of water and steam in the new standard, the thermodynamic parameters and transported parameters of water and steam in supercritical zone are computed by means of objected-oriented programming technique. It is found that the parameters of water and steam greatly change in supercritical pressure region. The exact prediction of the parameters can provide the basis for the design of the supercritical and ultra-supercritical pressure boilers and prevent the accidents occurring.
