苏北地区弱智儿童弓形虫感染的临床检测与分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:为了探讨弓形虫感染与弱智儿童等神经系统发育迟钝儿童之间的关系,对南通市社会福利院及本市某小学智力欠佳的儿童进行了弓形虫血清学的检测并进行了3个月的连续性观察。方法:用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和间接红细胞凝集试验(IHA)同时对临床上明显诊断为弱智儿童29人和智力欠佳的儿童21人以及健康儿童51人的血清标本进行弓形虫特异性Ab的检测。结果:弱智儿童组的平均阳性检出率为20.69% ,6/29(ELISA) / 21.14% ,7/29(IHA)高于智力欠佳儿童组4.76% ,1/21(ELISA) / 19.05% ,4/21 (IHA)和明显高于正常对照组1.96%,1/51(ELISA)/ 1.96%,1/51 (IHA)。弱智儿童和正常对照两组差异显著(X2=13.67 ; X2=6.55 , P < 0.05)。结论:儿童的弓形虫感染与其母亲在孕期或本人与动物的密切接触有关。因弓形虫能损害大脑和神经系统,严重影响儿童神经系统的发育和功能,成为优生优育的一大隐患。因此,防止母子间垂直传播和避免妇女(特别在孕期)与动物接触是预防儿童弓形虫感染的主要关键。 Objectives: In order to understand parasitic condition of Toxoplasma.Gondii in feebleintelligence children at the Jiangsu Nouth Area and to analyse the relation between the Toxoplasma.Gondii infection and feebleintelligence children . Methods: We investigated antibody of Toxoplasma.Gondii infection and feebleintelligence children . in 29 cases feebleintelligence children and 21cases which intelligencewere no good than normal children and 51 cases normal control group with Indirect hemagglutination test (IHA) and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay test (ELISA) Results: The average positive detective rate of antibody of Toxoplasma.Gondii infection in feebleintelligence children and intelligencewere no good than normal children and normal control group were 20.69%,6/29 (ELISA) ; 21.14 %,7/29 (IHA) separately. The average positive detective rate of feebleintelligence children group 20.69%,6/29 (ELISA) ; 21.14 %,7/29 (IHA)) was obviously higher than that in normal control group 1.96%,1/51 (ELISA) ; 1.96 %,1/51 (IHA). Conclusions: There was a significant difference in the statistics (X^2=13.67 ; X^2=6.55 , P < 0.05). The detective rate of antibody of Toxoplasma.Gondii infection in feebleintelligence children was the highest. Therefore, conventional examenation of antibody of Toxoplasma.Gondii infection in feebleintelligence children is necessary and effective treatment is essential in the meantime.
