摘要
通过筛选分离,得到了一株具有高絮凝活性的菌株———F 8。采用肉汤培养基,对1000mg/L高岭土悬浮液进行絮凝,得出该菌产絮凝剂最佳培养条件为培养初始pH8.0,培养温度35~40℃,摇床转速190r/min,培养时间90h。而且,该菌灭活后仍有絮凝效果。
One high flocculating activity strain, named F-8, was obtained by screening. By broth culture medium, the 1 000 mg/L suspended kaolin liquid was flocculated. The results shows that the optimum culture conditions for the strain to produce the floccule are original pH 8.0, culture temperature 40 ℃, and rotating speed 190 r/min. And, the strain still has the flocculating effect after the inactivation.
