摘要 三叉神经痛的治疗一直困扰着神经外科医生。近 10年 ,由于显微外科的发展 ,因而对三叉神经痛的疗效得以改善。现对三叉神经痛的发病机理及手术进展作一简述。 The therapy of trigeminal neuralgia(TN) puzzles the n eu rosurgeans.Along with the development of microsurgery,the efficacy of TN has bee n improved in the past decade.In this paper,the advance in the pathogenesis and microneurosurgery of TN is reviewed.
