小型开放经济体的汇率制度选择:以新加坡为例

摘要 根据国情的需要,新加坡选择了“监督带调整汇率制度”,本文介绍了这种汇率制度的特征,并通过与香港地区的比较,说明了这一制度的优势所在,但新加坡的成功经验并不能简单地复制到其他小型开放经济体,每一个国家都应根据国情,选择和调整适合自己的汇率制度。 As a small, highly open and export-oriented economy,Singapore has adopted the“monitoring band system” By contrasting Singapore's exchange rate regime with the currency board arrangement operated in Hong Kong,the relative advantages of this regime are highlighted However, we can not take for granted that the successful experience of Singapore can be copied by other small-open economies,each country should select and adjust foreign exchange regime based on it's unique situation
