摘要
运用"人力资本产权"概念,分析了国有企业产权缺陷,指明了人力资本产权是国有企业产权改革的方向。通过案例分析,指出企业产权整体转让时的"打折出售"是经营者及员工人力资本产权的又一实现方式,其中,经营者人力资本产权的科学界定是国有企业产权改革的关键。这既扩展了人力资本产权的研究视野,又为国有企业产权改革提供了新的思路。
Based on conception of human capital property, we analyze the SREs' property shortcoming, and point out that (human) capital property is direction of reform of property. By case study, it can be concluded that ′elling on discount′ is (another) achievement of human capital property in wholly assigning of state-run equity. This can extend human capital (property) study field of vision, and also show the way of reform for the SREs.
