摘要
为了提高秸秆还田刀具的耐磨性,通过单因素试验,研究了火焰喷涂 Ni+60WC 粉末涂层的钨极氩弧重熔开始温度、脉冲电流、氩弧移动速度、重熔后保温方法对刀具耐磨性的影响。优化的钨极氩弧重熔工艺参数为:重熔开始温度800℃,脉冲电流50 A,氩弧移动速度3.0 mm/s,重熔后采用石灰保温。
In order to improve the wearability of straw returning cutters, by means of single factor test,the effect of remelting temperature, electric current pulse, moving velocity of tungsten inert gas arc, heat preservation method after remelting on wearability of straw returning was studied. The craft parameters of tungsten inert gas arc remelting were optimized as follows:remelting temperature 800℃, electric current pulse 50A, moving velocity of tungsten inert gas arc (3.0 mm/s),lime heat preservation after remelting.
