摘要
本文提出了一种在电子测量系统中,热平衡状态下对热态误差进行自适应分段的补偿方法,该方法通过补偿区间拟合、判断,按自适应步长缩短补偿区间,选取新的补偿区间的方式,不断重复地进行计算、分析、判断,直到确定能满足系统要求预测精度的各个补偿区间及相应的拟合函数;同时,拟合方法采用目前非常成熟的多项式最小二乘拟合。从而不仅能控制拟合函数的复杂性,而且使分段拟合的补偿区间数量达到最少,极大地降低了计算成本。
The paper proposes a self-adaptive segmentation compensation method, by fitting and judging the compensating interval, can self-adaptively shorten the compensation interval and select the new compensation interval, repeats these processes until each compensation interval and fitting function can be ascertained. The paper adopts the method of multinomial least squares as fitting to make the fitting function be simple and the amount of compensation interval be least, reduces the calculation cost.
