^(125)I放射粒子植入结合雄激素全阻断治疗中晚期前列腺癌 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨经直肠超声引导下125I放射粒子植入结合雄激素全阻断治疗中晚期前列腺癌的临床价值。方法病例30例,其中C期23例,D期7例,行直肠B超引导下,经会阴穿刺前列腺125I放射粒子植入及双例睾丸切除术,术后1w服用抗雄激素药物,其中D期患者,术后1月行转移灶外放疗。结果30例手术顺利,平均植入125I放射粒子68粒,平均手术时间90min,平均住院时间6d。术后随访平均16个月,完全反应22例,部分反应5例,病情稳定2例,病情恶化1例,PSA无进展生存率97%(29/30),无1例出现严重的并发症。结论125I放射粒子植入结合雄激素全阻断治疗中晚期前列腺癌安全、微创、并发症发生率低、疗效肯定。
