摘要
通过对广州分公司蜡油催化裂化装置流化异常现象分析,从流化理论的基本概念着手,分析了产生流化 失常的原因,并提出了解决措施:调节再生催化剂筛分组成,保持催化剂中粒径在40μm以下的细粉含量在10%左 右,适当提高主风量,调整脱气罐的松动点和松动风量,增加待生线路推动力等。
The abnormal fluidizing in VGO FCC unit of Guangzhou Company has been analyzed based on the basic concept of fluidization theory and the countenneasures have been proposed as follows: (1) Adjusting the size composition of regenerated catalyst to maintain the content of fines with particle size below 40 μm at about 10% ; (2) Properly increasing the main air quantity; (3) Adjusting aeration point and aeration air quantity of the degasser and enhancing the driving power of waste catalyst pipeline.
